30-Minute Swim Lesson

Enhance your training by working one-on-one with a swim coach!  Our coaches will create a fully customized 1 on 1 lesson to work on skills and drills to help you improve and build confidence in the water.  Sessions are held on Thursday mornings at John Jay College from 7:30-8am on select dates.  

There is LIMITED AVAILABILITY and these sessions are in HIGH DEMAND.  Please inquire first for coach / date availability by emailing info@empiretriclub.com before booking your lesson.
